What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you enter (service needed, ZIP code, name, phone, optional email and notes), plus basic technical data such as the page you came from and campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags or ad click IDs). We store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention, not the address itself.

How we share it

Arroyo Restoration is a referral service. Your request is shared with up to three independent restoration contractors that serve your area so they can contact you. Calls to our number may be recorded and forwarded to a participating contractor, and call-tracking data (such as call time and duration) may be shared with them.

Calls and texts

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that contractors may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. You can reply STOP to texts or ask a contractor not to contact you again.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. We don't sell personal information for money.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request information by contacting us.
