Arroyo Restoration is a referral service, not a restoration contractor. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent restoration company that serves your ZIP code. That company assesses the damage, explains the scope and price, and does the work under its own license and insurance.
Why use a referral service?
In the middle of a leak, most people don't want to call five companies. One call gets you to someone who serves your area and handles your type of loss.
What we ask of participating companies
- They serve the ZIP codes they sign up for
- They carry insurance and hold any Arizona licenses their work requires
- They document drying with moisture readings and photos
Checking a contractor yourself
Ask for proof of insurance, ask about IICRC training, and look up any license on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website. You're always free to choose a different company.
Arroyo Restoration is a free referral service. We don't perform restoration work ourselves; independent, licensed contractors answer calls and do the work. Calls may be recorded and forwarded to participating contractors.
